At glomamaco, we carefully inspect each and every item to make sure it's in perfect condition before it lands in your hands. We want you to be happy and to love your purchase.
Sometimes, things we buy online, don't fit the way we want them to, or aren't as described. We get that. That's why we offer a 14 day returns policy.
We ask that you choose carefully - we highly recommend you refer to the sizing chart, and measure yourself correctly.
In the event that you would like to return your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
Due to the high demand and boutique nature of our product, we are unable to offer exchanges, or holds.
To be eligible for a refund, all items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must not be worn, washed, damaged or altered. They must also be in the original packaging with the tags still in place. If this is not the case, unfortunately, we will not accept the return.
Please note: we can not return the cost of shipping.
Sale items and items purchased with a special discount code can not be returned.
Make sure you enclose the invoice with the return. On it, please indicate the reason for your return (eg. faulty).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

You will be responsible for costs associated with tracked shipping for your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
